Welcome to College of Health Technology Abwa

Mbagen College of Health Technology Abwa was established in 2014 by Mbagen Development Association (MDA) to enhance development of competent Primary Health Care Personnel through training programs that will equip them with relevant skills and knowledge to enable them contribute effectively to Primary Health Care in Nigeria. The college has attained full accreditation by the Community Health Practioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) to train Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) and Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW).

Vision

Our vision is to be a renowned centre in Nigeria for the training of Primary Health Care Workers who will combine high prefessional knowledge with the fear of God in discharging their responsiblities.

Mission

Through the training, to produce Health Personnel that will distinguish themselves in their work and see their services as unto God and Humanity.
